Initial Visit:
Inspection report

• A detailed report to evaluate your entire roofs condition
• An approximate on how many years are left on your roof
• Suggestive methods to make your roof more efficient to prolong its life 

Preventative Maintenance

• Sealing of all roof vent, pipe, and chimney flashings, valleys, ridges, seams and exposed fasteners with appropriate repair mastics 
• As well as tears, splits, material pulling away, and coping metal on flat roofs
• Cleaning and removing all debris from gutters, and scupper drains

Service call

• $50 fee per service call 
  
• Repairs needed; including those caused by normal wear and tear
